A small kitchen experiment became a new page in my life.
Hi, I’m Pranathi, founder of PRANURA.
PRANURA did not begin with a big business plan. It started as a small attempt in my own kitchen, made first for myself and then shared with my husband. I wanted food without refined sugar or unnecessary chemicals, but I never wanted “healthy” to mean dry, hard or joyless.
Like watering a small plant every day, I slowly shared what I made with my mother-in-law, father-in-law, my mother during her menopause phase and my grandmother. Their willingness to make it part of their routine, and the smiles it brought to our home, felt like a small light. I did not want that goodness to remain only within our walls.
That is how our first product, the Signature Sampoorna Powerhouse Laddu, was born. It was followed by practical nutritious powders and new recipes designed to make everyday family food easier and more thoughtful.
For me, PRANURA is not simply a business. It is my way of sharing with your family the same patience, care and warmth with which I prepare food for my own.
చిన్నప్పుడు మన బడి కథల పుస్తకంలో మొదటి పేజీ తెరిచినప్పుడు ఒక మంచి అనుభూతి, ప్రశాంతత వస్తాయి కదా? నా జీవితంలో PRANURA కూడా సరిగ్గా అలాంటి ఒక కొత్త పేజీలాగే మొదలైంది.
నిజానికి ఇది ఏదో పెద్ద బిజినెస్ ప్లాన్తో ప్రారంభమైన ప్రయాణం కాదు. నా కోసం, నా వంటింట్లో నేను చేసుకున్న ఒక చిన్న ప్రయత్నం. పంచదార లేకుండా, అనవసరమైన పదార్థాలు లేకుండా, నట్స్ మరియు సీడ్స్తో ఒక మంచి ఆహారాన్ని తయారు చేసి మొదట నా హజ్బెండ్కి ఇచ్చాను. హెల్తీగా తినడం అంటే రుచి తగ్గించుకోవడం కాదని నాకు మరింత బలంగా అనిపించింది.
ఆ తర్వాత రోజూ ఒక చిన్న మొక్కకు నీళ్లు పోసి ప్రేమగా పెంచినట్లే, ఈ ఆహారాన్ని మా అత్తయ్య, మావయ్యలతో పాటు మెనోపాజ్ దశలో ఉన్న మా అమ్మకి, మా అమ్మమ్మకి కూడా ఇచ్చాను. వాళ్లు ఇష్టంగా తినడం, వాళ్ల ముఖాల్లో కనిపించిన చిరునవ్వు మా ఇంట్లో ఒక చిన్న వెలుగులా అనిపించింది. నా కుటుంబానికి నచ్చిన ఈ మంచిని ఇంటి గోడల మధ్యనే ఉంచేయడం సరికాదనిపించింది.

PRANURA అంటే నా దృష్టిలో కేవలం డబ్బులు సంపాదించే బిజినెస్ కాదు. నా ఇంట్లో వాళ్ల కోసం నేను ఎంత ప్రేమగా, ఎంత శ్రద్ధగా తయారు చేస్తానో, అదే ఆత్మీయతను ఒక స్నేహితురాలిలా మీ కుటుంబంతో కూడా పంచుకోవాలనే నా చిన్న ప్రయత్నం.
